Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days to most EU countries. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Is shipping free?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the European Union. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to all 27 EU member states, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Greece, Czech Republic, and more. If your country is in the EU, we've got you covered.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your package in real time. Please allow 2–3 days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please see our Right of Withdrawal page for full details and conditions.

How do I return a product?

Returning a product is simple:

  1. Email us at contact@theboost.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back following the provided instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
